Founder & Partner
Aaron's culinary journey began in Ottawa, Canada, and evolved through hands-on experience in top dining establishments in Gatineau and Montreal. Driven by a passion for excellence, he then spent several years in France, refining his craft in Michelin-starred kitchens and immersing himself in French cuisine.
Aaron brings a wealth of culinary knowledge, mastering global cuisines, ingredients, and techniques. His passion lies in flavour development and creating unforgettable dining experiences. Whether it’s an intimate dinner or large-scale event, Aaron delivers exceptional quality, innovation, and taste.
CHEF RAZ
Founder & Partner
Raz began his culinary journey in London, England, earning a diploma in Culinary Arts from the University of West London. During his time there, he worked in one of the city’s top fine dining restaurants, which was an early highlight in his career.
After building his expertise across Europe, Raz moved to Canada, where he refined his skills in Calgary and Toronto’s top restaurants. With a deep passion for flavour, technique, and the artistry of food, Raz has also worked with renowned catering companies, gaining extensive experience in high-volume, high-quality culinary execution. His dedication to excellence ensures every experience is memorable and expertly crafted.
